If you cancel before we place the order, there is no charge.
Once an order is placed with a restaurant, cancellations or changes may not be possible. If an issue occurs (missing items, incorrect order, or delivery problems), contact support and we will work with the restaurant or delivery partner to resolve it.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method when approved. Processing times vary by provider.
